This month we'll be visiting Iceland, aptly known as the "land of fire and ice" because of the contrast between its dramatic volcanic landscape and snow and glaciers. We'll drive all the way around the country's Ring Road, seeing waterfalls, isolated farms and villages, wildlife, seascapes, and the surprisingly cosmopolitan capital, Reykjavik.
