Looking for ways to support healthy joints, relieve pain and improve mobility so you can better enjoy daily life? Join Rivka Schwartz, clinical herbalist and natural healthcare practitioner and educator, from Health and Hearth as she intoduces us to natural remedies to releive pain and other winter woes.
Is turmeric really the thing or is msm or glucosamine helpful? What about helping sore and stiff muscles? There is so much information out there that it is difficult to wade through it all. During this presentation we’ll explore some key supplements and herbs to aid joints and mobility, tools to help sore muscles will be given, a few exercises and massage techniques will be shown and recipes shared.
Making a massage oil and salve will be demonstrated as well as how to make a liniment so you have the basics of creating topical remedies at your fingertips. Take home information sheets and recipes.
