Led by MJ Kahn, SVP of Technology at OpFocus and a seasoned Toastmasters member and leader. An active Toastmaster for nearly two decades, MJ is an ardent fan of Toastmasters as a way to build self-confidence and improve communication and leadership skills. During her time in the organization, MJ has earned numerous educational awards, competed in a variety of speech contests, and held many leadership positions in both her clubs and the larger Toastmasters organization. Professionally, as SVP of Technology at OpFocus, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, MJ leverages the skills she built through these activities on a daily basis, communicating with both consulting clients and internal team members. At various times throughout her career, she has been both an interviewer/hiring manager and a candidate. In both capacities, she has seen first-hand how the ability to deliver a well-constructed and thoughtful response to an interview question can make a positive impression on the interviewer.

This program is a collaboration with the Tewksbury Public Library and other area libraries.
