This is an introductory class covering the basics of using the iPhone and iPad. You will be introduced to internal hardware, important areas within the devices, and common tools like the flashlight, alarm, and camera. Help will also be available to answer specific questions on other types of personal electronics, such as Samsung or Windows devices.
About the Presenter:
Kevin Figueroa is the founder and CEO of KevTech Services, a Marblehead-based company specializing in in-home tech support and beginner-friendly technology education. With a lifelong passion for technology, Kevin created KevTech Services to help those who didn’t grow up in the digital age gain confidence with their devices. Whether it’s setting up a smartphone, managing passwords, or organizing digital photos, Kevin offers patient, jargon-free assistance tailored to each client’s needs.
In addition to one-on-one support, Kevin teaches group classes at senior centers and community spaces on topics like iPhone basics, iPad art, Apple Watch fitness, and digital photography. His goal is to make everyday digital tasks easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Through KevTech Services, he continues to bridge the gap between people and technology—one session at a time.
The Library has assistive listening technology for individuals with reduced ranges of hearing that sends sound directly to a hearing device. Contact the library at 978 465-4428 ext. 2 before the program to learn more about this and other assistive technology options. Come and enjoy the theater-like screen and sound system with fellow film buffs. This free event will be held in the Program Room and all are welcome!
