The Newburyport Public Library and the Amesbury Public Library are excited to be collaborating on a four part lecture series on Anti-Racism and Liberation.

In the third session of this series, Bobby Morgan and Dr. Kate Slater are back to dig more deeply into what it means to “do the work” in tandem with the process of unlearning and relearning. Using the Anti-Racist Roadmap as a template, they will discuss the importance of a reparations model in our activism and how liberation necessitates the redistribution of resources to uplift communities of color. The session will finish with a Q&A.
